What is the NSW Adult Literacy and Numeracy Council?

The NSW Adult Literacy & Numeracy Council is the peak professional body representing teachers, workers and others interested in the field of adult literacy and numeracy in NSW. It was established in the late 1970s and is affiliated with the Australian Council of Adult Literacy (ACAL). Our membership includes representatives from TAFE, community organisations, Corrective Services, LLNP providers, workplace programs, youth programs, libraries and universities.
